From the list of all Contacts it is possible to filer by status of Blocked.
Contacts who have been blocked are where the email has not been delieved due to a hard bounce. This means that the email is either invalid or does not exist.
Click the icon to view the reason the contact is blocked.
Removing the Bounce Flag will allow Connect to attempt to send an email to this recipient in a future mailshot.
