Using Attachments

When you are designing a mail shot, before it is sent, you have the option of attaching documents from the Document Library. Attached documents will be sent as attachments when the mail shot is previewed and/or sent.

Adding Attachments

To add an attachment to a pre-sent mail shot, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the mail shot
  2. Click the Design tab
  3. Click the Add link next to the Attachments field
  4. A new window will open entitled Add Attachment
  5. Either select a Document from the list by clicking on the name (or Upload a new one)

Select from the Documents or upload a document

 

Removing Attachments

To remove an attachment, click the delete/cross icon next to the attachment name.
